Fort Worth Chapter CPCU Memorial Golf Tournament 2014

The Fort Worth Chapter of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters (CPCU) will hold its 18th annual scholarship tournament on Monday, April 14, 2014. Proceeds from this tournament will be used to provide scholarships to insurance students attending the University of North Texas.

Format                      

Scramble with a Shotgun Start – SOFT SPIKES ONLY

11:45 am- 12:45am – Registration and Box Lunch

1:00   pm – Shotgun Start

$135* per golfer or $520* build your team of 4

Registration includes cart, green fee, range balls, box lunch, dinner, award presentation and VIP replay golf pass for all golfers

*Sign up before March 15th and receive a $10 dollar discount per golfer ($125 for individual or $480 for a group of 4)

6:00 pm – Dinner and Cash Bar

$30 per person for all non-golfers

Registration Deadline is April 7, 2013. Payment will be required with registration and to hold foursomes.  

All Sponsors will have a sign posted advertising their firm. Space will be provided for all sponsors and vendors desiring to set up tables for advertising purposes. Tournament participation is NOT limited to the insurance industry or to CPCU’s, so your advertising will reach a cross section of many communities. Sponsors will also appear in the UNT Insurance Area Newsletter as well as the Fort Worth Chapter Newsletter and Local Press Releases.
